CraftTWIN · Private 5G SA

Your 5G network.
On your premises.

CraftTWIN is a private 5G standalone (SA) core and NMS you run yourself — deterministic slices per use-case, held true by Ritam (our AIOps engine, a DarkNOC), fully sovereign and air-gap-capable.

Declare the outcome each machine needs; CraftTWIN's core delivers it and Ritam keeps it true — with you in command.

The problem

Public networks weren't built for your floor.

Industrial and campus connectivity has to be deterministic, isolated per use-case, and sovereign. WiFi can't guarantee it; a public MNO won't give you the control — or keep your data on-site.

WiFi
can't run a factory
No seamless mobility, no determinism — a dropped handover stops a line.
Public 5G
means no control
Your traffic and data leave the premises; no per-machine SLA, no sovereignty.
OT is unforgiving
on latency
Robotics and AGVs need millisecond, loss-free links — jitter is downtime.
No per-use-case
SLA
One flat network can't isolate a safety-critical robot from guest video.
Connectivity you don't control is a liability. A private network has to be owned end-to-end, sliced per use-case, and provably sovereign — with an SLA you can declare and hold.
The thesis

Declare the outcome each machine needs.

You define what every use-case requires — latency, bandwidth, density, isolation. CraftTWIN's core delivers it as a slice, and Ritam holds that slice's SLA true.

Best-effort — shared
Goal-driven — sliced & sovereign
Best-effort WiFi with coverage gaps
Deterministic 5G slices, campus-wide coverage
Public core — your data leaves the premises
Your SA core on-prem — data never leaves
One flat network for everything
Per-use-case slices, isolated SLAs
Connectivity as an opaque black box
NMS + Ritam: every slice's SLA, live
“With you in command.” You own the core. Ritam holds the slice SLAs autonomously; slice re-provisioning and capacity change are approved.
The architecture

A full 3GPP SA core — yours to run.

Standards-compliant standalone 5G, from the radio to the core to the NMS. Runs on your hardware, a turnkey appliance, or the edge — connected or air-gapped.

Slices for industry

One core, a slice for every use-case.

Each use-case gets its own logical network with its own guaranteed SLA — a safety-critical robot and a guest video stream never contend for the same resources.

Slice SLAs verified continuously by Ritam; a breach is pre-empted, not discovered in a complaint.

The capstone

Declare the slice goals. Own the floor.

The private-network goals you own — per-slice latency, coverage, session success and availability — tracked continuously in the CraftTWIN NMS, with Ritam pre-empting anything drifting toward breach.

Powered by Ritam

The core runs itself — on your premises.

CraftTWIN's assurance is the Ritam AIOps engine (DarkNOC), running the same WATCH→DX→PLAN→ACT loop entirely inside your network — so a private 5G network doesn't need a private NOC team.

WATCH

Sense the private core

Every NF, gNB and slice — session state, PRB load, latency, device health. On-prem, no data leaves.

DX

Predict & diagnose

TSLAM4b flags a slice trending toward breach; ARGUS names the cause — NF, radio or contention — in <60s.

PLAN

Decide the safe fix

Ritam reasons over the cause and slice policy — PRB re-allocation, NF scale, isolation — with blast-radius checks.

ACT

Act & learn

NF pod restore, UPF auto-scale, slice re-provision — on approval, fully logged, then verified and learned.

Sovereign by design

It's your network — all of it.

Private means private. The core, the data and the intelligence stay on your premises, under your control — the same on-prem moat that runs across the whole MatreComm portfolio.

On-prem & air-gapped

The entire core — including assurance — runs in your data centre or on-site, fully disconnected if you need it.

Your spectrum

CBRS, n78 or licensed private bands — CraftTWIN adapts to the spectrum you hold.

Data residency

Traffic breaks out locally at the UPF edge and never traverses a public core — DPDP-aligned by design.

Runs disconnected

No cloud dependency, no phone-home. Updates and models can be delivered offline for high-security sites.

Where it runs

Built for the hardest sites.

Anywhere connectivity is mission-critical and the network has to be owned.

Manufacturing

Deterministic AGV/robotics control, machine vision and predictive-maintenance telemetry on isolated slices.

Ports & logistics

Campus-wide coverage for cranes, AGVs and tracking across a site no WiFi can blanket.

Mining & energy

Rugged, remote, often disconnected sites — autonomous haulage and safety systems on a sovereign core.

Defense & campus

Air-gapped private 5G for bases, campuses and public safety — full data control, priority bearers.
