Built for the operator running
Mobility, Core, Transport, and Access
MatreComm is a deep-tech operations platform purpose-built for telecom — spanning every domain your network runs, with autonomous ops, subscriber experience assurance, and sovereign compliance in one platform.
Operating a multi-vendor, multi-domain network is only getting harder
One platform, purpose-built for telecom operators
Full-Domain Coverage
Mobility, Core, Transport, and Access unified under one operations layer — no domain left as a blind spot.
Sovereign by Design
Deploys on-prem, with no hyperscale cloud dependency — data residency and control by architecture, not policy.
Carrier-Grade Scale
Built to handle millions of events per second — proven at Tier-1 telecom scale, not adapted from enterprise IT.
Incubated by Tata Elxsi
Deep telecom domain expertise baked into the platform, not bolted on from a general-purpose observability tool.
Built on MatreComm's core platform.
Built for the people running the network
CTO / CIO
Consolidate multi-domain operations into one platform, with sovereign control built in.
Head of NOC
Fewer, higher-confidence alerts and a shorter path from detection to resolution.
CISO
Meet data residency and audit requirements by architecture, not by scrambling before an audit.

Does MatreComm replace our existing NMS tools for Mobility, Core, Transport and Access?
As per your requirements, MatreComm can replace and provide its NMS, or Ritam can sit above the NMS tools you already run. Ritam ingests from the tools and devices you already have, across SNMP, syslog, gRPC/gNMI, NETCONF, flow, REST, TL1 and BGP-LS covering 40+ vendors, and correlates all four domains into one causal view.
Can it run with no hyperscale cloud dependency?
Yes. Ritam and CraftCompliance deploy entirely on your infrastructure, air-gapped where required. Telemetry never leaves your perimeter, so data residency is met by architecture rather than by contract.
Is this proven at Tier-1 operator scale, or an enterprise tool adapted for telecom?
It was built for telecom. The platform is engineered for millions of events per second and runs in production at Tier-1 scale. MatreComm was incubated by Tata Elxsi, so telecom domain expertise is in the platform rather than bolted onto a general-purpose observability tool.
When Ritam finds a fault, does it change our network automatically?
Only within limits you set. Known-pattern incidents are remediated through pre-approved runbooks; anything material is proposed, dry-run against blast-radius and policy checks, and held for approval. Actions execute over NETCONF/YANG, gNMI and vendor APIs, fully logged.
How does it help with CERT-In and data residency obligations?
CraftCompliance monitors controls continuously and builds the evidence trail as it goes, including CERT-In 6-hour incident reporting. Because it runs on-prem alongside Ritam, compliance data stays inside the same boundary as the network data it describes.
