Mission-critical operations,
fully sovereign

Government and defense networks demand operations tooling that meets the same sovereignty standard as the network itself — air-gap capable, zero external dependency, full independent governance.

The challenge

Standard operations tooling wasn't built for this bar

Air-gap requirements rule out most tools
Most commercial AIOps and observability platforms assume constant cloud connectivity — a non-starter for classified or isolated networks.
Legacy, multi-vendor infrastructure
Government and defense networks often run decades of accumulated, multi-vendor infrastructure that's hard to unify.
Zero tolerance for external dependency
Any operational dependency on a foreign or third-party cloud vendor is itself a sovereignty and security risk.
Why MatreComm

Built to the sovereignty standard, not adapted to it

Air-Gap Capable

Runs fully disconnected from any external network — no cloud call-home, no exceptions.

Full Data Residency

Every byte of telemetry and log data stays within the jurisdiction and boundary you define.

Independent Governance

Access, policy, and audit controls remain entirely under your authority — no external vendor in the loop.

Multi-Vendor Unification

Unifies decades of accumulated, multi-vendor infrastructure into one operational view.

Who it's for

Built for the people accountable for sovereign infrastructure

CISO / CTO

Deploy operations tooling that meets air-gapped and jurisdictional requirements by design.

Program Director

Unify legacy, multi-vendor infrastructure without introducing new external dependencies.

Security & Compliance Officer

Maintain a continuous, independently governed audit trail for every security review.

Built to the sovereignty standard from day one — not retrofitted to meet it.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can MatreComm run fully air-gapped?

Yes. Ritam deploys with no external network connectivity and no cloud call-home. The reasoning models, including the on-prem LLM, run inside your boundary.

Does any component depend on a foreign or third-party cloud?

No. There is zero reliance on hyperscale cloud services for core operations. MatreComm's 5G Standalone core is also fully authored in-house rather than built on Open5GS or Free5GC, so there is no third-party licensing dependency.

Who controls access, policy and audit?

You do. Access, policy and audit controls remain entirely under your authority, with no external vendor in the loop.

We run decades of accumulated multi-vendor infrastructure. Can it unify that?

That is a designed-for case. Ingest spans SNMP, syslog, NETCONF, gRPC/gNMI, flow, REST, TL1 and BGP-LS across 40+ vendors, bringing legacy and modern equipment into one operational view without replacement.

Is MatreComm an Indian company?

Yes. MatreComm Technologies is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, founded in March 2016 and incubated by Tata Elxsi.
